Michael Janik

Michael Janik is an experienced professional in operations and client services within the financial industry. Currently serving as an Operations team member at Lissom Investment Management since November 2022, Michael has held a Senior Manager position in Client Services and Operations at State Street since November 2015. In this role, responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations and servicing client relationships for various Canadian Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Pooled Funds. Prior to State Street, Michael worked at Northern Trust from 2008 to September 2015 as an Account Manager, overseeing account administration for institutional trust and custody clients. Michael's career also includes a role as an Associate Relationship Manager and Team Leader in Investment Fund Accounting at CIBC Mellon from 2004 to October 2008. Michael holds a Canadian Investment Manager designation from the Canadian Securities Institute, having completed the program in 2013 after earning the same designation in 2004.
