Michael Persaud

Michael Persaud is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Vice President of Technology Platform Engineering and Operations at State Street since August 2023. Previously, Michael held the position of Vice President for Public Cloud Transformation Services at Morgan Stanley, where leadership was provided for a significant cloud migration initiative involving over 30 applications to Microsoft Azure. With a strong background in IT management and operations, Michael also served as Vice President of Digital Workplace Services at Moody's Corporation, leading M&A integrations and realizing substantial cost savings. Earlier roles included leadership in IT operations at The Carlyle Group, BNP Paribas, and Standard & Poor's, driving initiatives such as IT service management and cloud migrations. Michael holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business.
