Miranda Darby is a seasoned HR Technology Consultant with over 13 years of experience at State Street, having progressed from HRIS Services Analyst to Vice President. At State Street, Miranda has played a pivotal role in optimizing Workday and previously supported PeopleSoft v9 within the HRIS team. Prior to this, Miranda worked as an HRIS Administrator at Perceptive Software, where collaboration with HR and IT was essential for the analysis, development, and maintenance of HR Information Systems. Miranda holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kansas State University.
