Rupsa Das is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the IT recruitment sector, currently serving as a Senior Associate-Talent Acquisition Lead at State Street since February 2018. In this role, Rupsa has successfully trained team members on recruiting processes and tools while managing the full life cycle of talent acquisition across India, EMEA, and North America. Prior to this, experience includes positions as an IT Recruiter at Boston Technology Corporation and ITC Infotech, and a Senior IT Recruiter at Magna Infotech.
