Suzanne Landen

Suzanne Landen is an experienced professional in HR technology and compensation management, currently serving as the Head of Global HR Technology and previously as the Head of Global HR Analytics, HR Tech Governance and Strategy at State Street since April 2015. Prior to this role, Suzanne served as the Director of Compensation at Sun Life Financial from September 2013 to April 2015, overseeing compensation for both SLF US and SLF International. Previous positions include FVP roles at OneWest Bank, where responsibilities included leading compensation and performance management programs, and at Indymac Bank, managing incentive compensation for over 12,000 employees. Earlier experience includes managing sales incentive compensation programs at Countrywide Financial Corp, working as a Financial Advisor at AXA Financial, and serving as a Financial Manager at G & A Trading Company.
