Haley Knox Salay

Haley Knox Salay is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and design operations. Currently serving as the Design Operations Lead at State Farm since June 2023, prior roles include UX Program Manager and UX Designer at Amazon, where notable achievements included managing the design roadmap for significant customer-facing features and leading design thinking workshops. While at PitchBook Data, Haley contributed as the lead designer on key projects and executed a comprehensive redesign of the company's mobile application. Additional experience includes roles at the University of Washington, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and Zipper Computer. Haley holds a Bachelor of Design in Interaction Design from the University of Washington, obtained in 2015.
