Kelsie L. Colley, M.S. PhD ABD, is an accomplished professional in organizational design and people research, currently serving as an Organizational Design Consultant and Senior Experience Researcher at State Farm. With extensive experience in various consulting roles, including Chief Research and Consulting Officer at Prasad & Associates and People Research and Future of Work Consultant at Zoom, Kelsie has spearheaded initiatives related to hybrid work, DEI strategies, and neurodiversity. Contributions have included founding an employee resource group at Zoom and developing innovative research methodologies at Argo AI.
