Phani Aytam

Phani Aytam is an experienced leader with a multifaceted career spanning two decades at State Farm, where roles included Ventures Director, Planning & Analysis Director for P&C Analytics, and Internal Management Consultant, focusing on strategic growth, analytics, and risk management. As an Information Security Manager, Phani established governance frameworks for compliance with regulations. Phani also held positions such as Interim Chief Credit Officer and Payment Solutions Manager, driving initiatives that enhanced product profitability and customer retention. In addition to corporate achievements, Phani is the founder and Board Chairperson of FOR A BETTER TOMORROW, dedicated to sustainable philanthropic efforts in women's empowerment and youth education, and previously founded the Multicultural Leadership Program to develop diverse leadership. Phani holds a Master’s degree in Operations Research from Virginia Tech and completed an Advanced Leadership Program at Stanford University.
