Shlomo Lahav

Shlomo Lahav is a seasoned expert in data science, machine learning, and supply chain solutions, currently serving as the Data Science Lead at Statement since August 2023 and working as a self-employed consultant since December 2022. Previously, Shlomo co-founded and led a research group at a stealth startup and NextSilicon, where leadership skills were developed in managing teams and collaborating with software and business stakeholders. Experience as CTO and Co-Founder at TrueNorth Systems involved building data science-driven products, while contributions as Chief Data Scientist at Wix.com included leading a multi-location team to create end-to-end data solutions. Shlomo has also held significant roles at LivePerson and Amadesa, focusing on real-time applications and algorithm development. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Operations Research from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
