Edward Mayrose

Edward Mayrose has extensive experience in various roles primarily in education, sports journalism, and finance. At Xaverian High School, Edward serves as Director of Alumni Relations, Director of Summer Programs, and Assistant Director of Admissions since February 2010. As the Founder and Director of Play On Basketball School since July 2013, Edward has contributed significantly to youth sports development. Additionally, Edward is the Founder and Editor of FantasySportsDirt.com and has worked as a Reporter for High School Sports at Staten Island Advance since October 2013. Edward also holds the position of On-Air Guest Personality at Sirius XM Radio Inc. and has experience as a Multimedia Contributor and Roto Expert for RotoExperts.com. Prior to entering journalism, Edward had a successful career in finance, including as VP of Equity Trading on the NYSE Floor at Thomas Weisel Partners and Furman Selz. Edward's educational background includes attendance at Xaverian.
