Philip Roth

Philip Roth, MD, PhD has held various leadership and academic roles in medical education and pediatrics. Philip served as Vice President of Academic Affairs at the Donald & Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra Northwell since July 2021. Prior to this, they held positions such as Associate Designated Institutional Official and Professor of Pediatrics at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra Northwell. Roth also served as Vice President of Medical Education and Chairman of Pediatrics at Staten Island University Hospital/Northwell Health. Additionally, they acted as the Designated Institutional Official at Staten Island University Hospital/Northwell Health from 2012 to 2015.

Philip Roth completed their education at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons from 1975 to 1982, earning both an M.D. and a Ph.D. in Medicine and Microbiology, respectively.
