Heidi Garm

Heidi Garm is a seasoned IT Project Manager currently leading digital transformation initiatives at Statens vegvesen - Norwegian Public Roads Administration since January 2021. Previously, Heidi served as a Senior Project Manager at Oracle, focusing on the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud solutions. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Ericsson AS, where Heidi held various roles such as Member of the Board, overseeing operations, strategy, and compliance, as well as managing complex telecommunications projects. Heidi started in project management and system development with IFS Scandinavia, managing ERP project lifecycles and coordinating offshore development teams. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Den Polytekniske Høgskolen, board competence training at BI Norwegian Business School, and leadership development through Ericsson’s Leaders Core Curriculum Program.
