Tom Barker

Tom Barker has a diverse background in engineering, with experience in various industries such as food production, roof tile manufacturing, and train running gear production. Tom has held roles ranging from maintenance engineer to section leader, showcasing their skills in both reactive and preventative maintenance. Tom obtained a HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering from St Helens College. Additionally, Tom holds a Level 2 diploma in team leading from the Chartered Management Institute. Currently, Tom is working at Stateside Foods Limited as an Operations Engineer and Engineering Shift Manager, where Tom leads a team of engineers in maintaining food production equipment and improving plant performance.
