Irene Chustulakis

Irene Chustulakis has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Irene began their career in 2011 as an HR Manager at Rizing, a software consultancy boutique. In this role, they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including strategy development, coordination and participation in recruitment events, and pipeline creation of talent. Irene was also responsible for candidate management, including sourcing, filtering, interviewing, communication, talent relationship management, offers, rejections, and on-boarding.

In 2014, Irene moved to SANTORINI GOURMET as a Senior, Human Resources Business Partner & Operations. In this role, Irene was responsible for creating and leading HR initiatives and processes, such as recruitment, compensation, performance, and workplace safety. Irene also created and kept policies, handled all ER issues, coached the leadership team on these matters, provided guidance and demonstrated leadership across departments based on HR best practices, and reviewed recruitment needs across different business units.

In 2022, Irene became the Global HR Manager at Statespace.

Irene Chustulakis obtained their Bachelor's of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Concordia University between 2006 and 2010. Irene also holds a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, obtained in 2010, and a HACCP Certificate of Completion from the Food Centre, Saskatchewan Food Industry.
