Susana Fonticoba

Susana Fonticoba has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Susana started their career as a Systems Analyst at AT&T in 1983 and continued in this role until 2003. From 2004 to 2012, they worked as a Software Trainer and President at Home & Office Computer Training, providing personalized software education to individuals and entrepreneurs.

In 2010, Susana founded Clear Path Marketing, where they served as a Small Business Marketing Strategist. Their role involved helping clients create detailed marketing plans, understand target markets, and execute marketing activities for increased client engagement. Susana remained in this position until 2020.

Susana also worked at Constant Contact from 2011 to 2020, initially as an Authorized Local Expert (ALE) delivering educational presentations on email marketing strategies to small business owners. In addition to their formal education, Susana obtained a certification as a Pumpkin Plan Business Growth Strategist from Pumpkin Plan Your Biz in June 2017.
