Manoella B. is an experienced professional in quality assurance and continuous improvement, currently serving as an Ingénieure amélioration continue at Station 22 since March 2018. Responsibilities include setting continuous improvement goals, optimizing processes, and developing IT tools such as Tervene and Microsoft 365. Previously, Manoella held roles as a Gestionnaire assurance qualité, PQRC specialist at Hasbro, and Quality, Continuous Improvement and Regulations Engineer at ROLDAN groupe CARGO, where tasks ranged from conducting audits and managing supplier compliance to implementing quality performance indicators. Manoella's earlier experience includes positions in R&D and quality control within various sectors, including building materials and food additives, after earning degrees in industrial engineering and chemistry.
