Oscar Lopez has extensive experience in quality management, regulatory affairs, and continuous improvement projects. With a background in food engineering and sustainability studies, Oscar has held various roles such as R&D and quality manager, quality assurance coordinator, and quality technician in companies like Station 22, Brasserie McAuslan, and The Coca-Cola. Oscar's expertise includes ISO quality system management, regulatory monitoring, staff training, and process optimization. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM), Oscar is dedicated to excellence in quality control and customer satisfaction.
