Carol Price-Guthrie

Carol Price-Guthrie is the Director of Waiver and Program Development at StationMD. Prior to joining StationMD, Carol was the statewide IDD manager at UnitedHealthcare and played a key role in the development of the Employment and Community First program as well as the IDD integration. Carol was also the owner of Direct Access Coordination, Inc. Carol brings expansive knowledge of IDD with over thirty years of experience in various sectors of the field. Carol has a PhD in Human and Social Services and master’s degrees in Psychology and Philosophy. Outside of work, Carol is a musician and mentor to women, young adults, and youth, working in a program she founded “Outside These Walls.” Carol enjoys music, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
