Needhi Lazara

Needhi Lazara has held various roles in the Human Resources field over the past two decades, beginning in 2002 when they joined Amway India Enterprises as an Associate Manager of Human Resources. In 2004, they moved to Delphi Automotive Systems, where they were the Director of Human Resources for six years. In 2010, they joined HSBC Global Service Delivery as Vice President of Human Resources, and in 2012 they became an Independent HR Consultant. In 2013, they began working at Times Business Solutions as Head of Human Resources, and in 2020 they became the Director of Human Resources at SB Energy (SoftBank Group). Needhi is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Statiq.

Needhi Lazara received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in PMIR from XLRI Jamshedpur between 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they attended Delhi University from 1997 to 2000. Her educational background began at St. Thomas School in New Delhi. Needhi also holds two certifications: Certified Professional Coach (CPC) - Coaching for Transformation from Leadership that Works, and Train the Trainer from Dale Carnegie Training India.
