From 2008 to 2012, they worked at QPA Consumer Connections as both a Client Service Manager and a Sales and Marketing Manager. After that, they joined Passion3 Research in 2013 as a Client Service Manager, where they gained extensive experience in research studies and provided actionable insights to clients. In 2018, Felicia joined Sun Life Malaysia Assurance Berhad as a Senior Manager, focusing on client experience and retention.
