Henrik Edler

Henrik Edler has comprehensive work experience in the technology and sales sectors. Henrik is currently serving as the Head of Sales-Technology at Statista since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Beiersdorf from 2019 to 2022, where they held the role of Product Owner (Global Website Platform) & Project Manager Marketing Technology.

Before Beiersdorf, Henrik worked at Johnson & Johnson from 2011 to 2018, where they held various roles such as ITAS Manager - Regional Service Owner (EMEA - Digital), ITAS Service Specialist Lead (Salesforce Effectiveness), IT Lead (Solution Architect), and IT Lead (Solution Architect, Commercial Sales, CRM). During their time at Johnson & Johnson, Henrik was responsible for delivering and architecting Salesforce solutions, designing scalable CRM applications, and ensuring service performance met or exceeded established goals/SLAs.

Prior to their tenure at Johnson & Johnson, Henrik also gained experience at Johnson & Johnson Medical as a Trainee Professional Education and at Johnson & Johnson as a Working Student, where they worked in various departments with a focus on Professional Education and IT, and as a Project Assignment for the development of a storage and order system.

Henrik Edler completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Informatics at Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn from 2007 to 2011. Henrik later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Informatics with a specialization in IT Management at the same institution from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their academic achievements, Henrik obtained various certifications including the Certified SCRUM Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in March 2019, the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2016, and multiple Salesforce certifications including Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer, Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce.com Certified Administrator. Henrik obtained their first Salesforce certification, Certified SCRUM Master, from Scrum Alliance in August 2013.
