Oumaima Amhana has gained a range of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2019, they worked as an Operations Management Intern at Legrand Maroc. Oumaima then went on to intern at MARJANE HOLDING as an Operations/Strategy Intern in 2020. Later in the same year, they worked as an Internal Auditor at PROXIMO EXPERTISE. In 2021, Oumaima worked as a Junior Project Manager at Translec Maroc. Oumaima then pursued an opportunity as a Global Strategy Program Participant at Consultport in 2022. Additionally, they completed an International Sales Strategy Internship at CAMAL Group. Most recently, in 2023, Oumaima joined Statista as a Client Success Manager Trainee.

Oumaima Amhana's education history includes a Master of Science degree in International Business Management from the University of Sunderland, which they completed from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they participated in ShARE's Leadership Programme of Excellence in 2020 and 2021. Oumaima also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Groupe ISCAE, which they earned from 2018 to 2021.

In February 2023, they achieved the Certified Project Manager (IAPM) credential from the IAPM International Association of Project Managers. Furthermore, in May 2022, they successfully completed the GSCP Spring 2022 course from the Consultport Academy.
