Julian Phillips

Julian Phillips has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Julian started their career as a Senior Industrial Engineer at American Express, where they used six sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate a costly defect in a process. Julian also optimized call routing to improve upsell opportunities. Julian then became a Senior Business Analyst at American Express, forecasting staff levels and identifying new data sources to enhance existing models.

Afterward, Julian joined AdviNOW Medical as the Director of Data Science, leading a team in the development of large-scale machine learning services. Julian was responsible for hiring, firing, and conducting reviews for their direct reports.
