Elise Kahrs Gisholt

Elise Kahrs Gisholt is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as a Senior Financial Advisor for the Business Area Nordics at Statkraft since July 2009. In this role, Elise acts as the finance business partner for hydropower and renewable energy projects across Norway and Sweden, with a focus on offshore developments in Ireland, the UK, Norway, and Sweden. Previous positions include leadership roles in financial reporting and project finance within the European Wind and Solar division and financial management at Fosen Vind DA. Elise’s earlier career includes leadership in business control at Netcom and various finance-related roles at Veidekke Entreprenør AS and ECON. Elise holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and has pursued studies in social anthropology and pre-commerce.
