Hanne Normann Gravdahl

Hanne Normann Gravdahl is currently the Vice President of Performance and Risk Management at Statkraft, a position held since October 2021, following a successful 19-year tenure at ExxonMobil. At ExxonMobil, Hanne served in multiple roles, including Production Strategy Manager and Refinery Coordination Manager, responsible for leading refinery scheduling and ensuring timely product specifications at Esso Norway's Refinery in Tønsberg. Previous positions included Production Strategy Analyst and Process Engineer, where Hanne contributed to incentive calculations for projects and provided technical support for process units. Hanne holds a Master's degree in Chemical Process Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and has completed additional studies at BI Norwegian Business School.
