Maartje Duzijn

Maartje Duzijn is currently an International Trainee at Statkraft, participating in a program that includes three job rotations across various business areas. Prior experience includes a Graduate Internship at To70 Aviation, where optimization of engine-off towing operations at Schiphol Airport was studied through agent-based simulation modeling in Python. Maartje also interned at Vattenfall, focusing on validating a predictive maintenance machine learning model for power plant components. As a Teaching Assistant at TU Delft and a full-time board member and President of the student rowing association D.S.R.V. "Laga," responsibilities included strategic management and organizing professional recruitment events. Additional experience includes serving as a Campus Tour Guide for Startup Science and working as a Sailing Instructor. Maartje holds a Master of Science in Air Transport and Operations and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology, alongside a Minor in Global Affairs from Leiden University College The Hague.
