Ed Silverman is a pharmalot columnist and senior writer at STAT. Ed was a 2016 Pulitzer Prize finalist in explanatory journalism, along with several colleagues, for coverage of prescription drug pricing. Prior to that, they ran Pharmalot for The Wall Street Journal and covered the pharmaceutical industry for both publications and a web site.
Ed Silverman's educational background includes a Master's degree in Journalism from New York University, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Binghamton University School of Management.
