Alexander Lanegger

SVP Product at Stats Perform

Alexander Lanegger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Professional Athlete (Basketball) for the Kapfenberg Bulls until 2007, then for the Fuerstenfeld Panthers until 2008, and later for UBSC Graz until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the Project Lead - Basketball at RunningBall. Joining Perform Group in 2012, Lanegger held positions such as Regional Manager North America, Regional Operations Manager APAC, and Head of Field Operations until 2019. Alexander then became the Head Of Development and Project at FIBA Media until 2021 when they took on the role of Head of Direct-To-Consumer @FIBA Media at DAZN. Prior to joining Stats Perform in 2023 as the VP Data Strategy, Lanegger worked as an Expert at Impact Hub Vienna from 2018 to 2021.

Alexander Lanegger has a Certificate in Digital Marketing from New York University, obtained in 2016. Alexander also has a Certificate in Project Management from New York University, obtained in 2015. In addition, they pursued Health Management in Tourism at FH Joanneum from 2009 to 2010. Furthermore, they hold additional certifications in Machine Learning from Standford University and Digital Management and Project Management from New York University.
