Maxim Kalashnikov

Maxim Kalashnikov has a strong background in software engineering and technical leadership. Maxim is currently working at Stats Perform as an Engineering Director, responsible for managing a team focused on ML engineering and end-to-end productization of ML models and AI-driven insights. Prior to this, they worked at Oracle as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead, contributing to a cloud-based commerce marketing automation platform. Maxim also gained experience at Barclays Investment Bank as a Senior Software Engineer, where they migrated legacy services and worked on the Convertible Bonds project. Earlier in their career, Maxim worked at mgm technology partners GmbH as a Technical Lead and Software Engineer, contributing to the development of a data platform for distributed task execution and in-memory calculations. Maxim started their career at CBI and CBIAS, where they gained experience in software engineering and worked on projects related to information and events monitoring systems.

Maxim Kalashnikov received their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Automation and Control Engineering from Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University) in 2008. Maxim then pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Automation and Control Systems Engineering from the same institute from 2009 to 2011. In 2008, they also attended Czech Technical University in Prague to study Artificial Intelligence. Additionally, Maxim Kalashnikov holds certifications from Oracle, including Oracle Certified Master, Java SE 6 Developer, and Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 7 Programmer.
