About the Role

We are adding to our well established team with an Ecommerce Executive who will drive the growth of our Ecommerce platform. You will be responsible for growing the STATSports consumer product, improving conversion rate optimisation on site, and managing our increasing product catalogue. This role is perfect for a recent graduate who is looking to develop their knowledge and build their career in the ecommerce space.

You will work alongside an award winning Direct to Consumer team that has delivered consistent growth over the last 5 years. Collaborating with our creative team you will utilise content from key ambassadors such as Harry Kane, Phil Foden, Arsenal FC and the All Blacks to drive growth in an exciting and fast paced industry.

This role will be based in Newry, Northern Ireland.

What you’ll do

  • Use digital analytics to identify opportunities to drive growth and optimise performance to meet commercial KPIs
  • Working closely with operations/warehouse teams to drive fulfilment improvement and operational excellence
  • Maintain close collaboration with the Supply Chain team to maintain in-stock status on site, develop our growing product catalogue and forecast product demand.
  • Assist in new new product launches and related activities (setup, sell-through, forecasting, in-stock, pricing).
  • Develop and execute strategies for key promotional periods to meet overall ecommerce goals
  • Measure and report operational performance against KPIs (Traffic, conversion rate, checkout abandonment etc)
  • Manage feedback loop with customers, combining quantitative and qualitative data to learn how customers are engaging with STATSports.
  • Leverage data & customer insight to challenge the status quo, continuously optimising onsite performance through an agile test-and-learn approach.
  • Work closely with the central marketing team and creative, in order to improve the customer journey onsite.

About you

You’ll need to have:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience working in e-commerce, digital marketing, analytics or operational role;
  • A degree in a related business or statistics based field such as marketing, finance, operations or maths.
  • Experience in measuring and improving conversion rates, user experience or checkout effectiveness;
  • Experience using data tools e.g. Google Analytics or similar;

It’d be nice if you have:

  • Experience working with Shopify
  • Experience working with Marketplaces such as Amazon
  • Experience working with a CMS
