STATSports are looking for an E-Commerce merchandiser who’s always striving to improve, someone who can nail the details while having fun and bringing the best energy to the table!

What You’ll Do:

  • You’ll manage end-to-end E-Commerce reporting, focusing on strategies that drive sales, promote our product catalogue, and enhance performance across our online platforms, using a test-and-learn approach.

  • Work with our finance team to develop and control pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability, with the support of regular performance analysis across multiple sales channels.

  • Create and present new strategies that align with company goals, leveraging new sales opportunities in the sports technology and retail sector.

  • Provide high-quality data insights to support critical business decisions and growth strategies.

  • Prioritize smart pricing and financial analysis to meet key business performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Implement online merchandising tactics, including cross-selling, upselling, and bundling of our sports tech products to increase average order value and maximize revenue.

  • Develop and execute E-Commerce strategies (CRO) that align with our company’s ambitious growth and financial goals, enhancing our role as a leader in sports GPS technology.

  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that enhance the customer journey and optimize trading decisions, driving customer lifetime value (CLTV).

  • Analyse, interpret, and present data to guide informed, strategic decision-making across departments.

About you

You’ll need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience selling on a direct-to-consumer (D2C) website or online marketplaces, preferably in the technology or sports retail sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A proven track record of driving significant sales growth.
  • Strong communicator, a proven ability to share your insights across the company, while also listening and integrating feedback.
