About your Role
STATSports Group are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Assistant whose contribution will help to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and internal sales team and colleagues.
You will need to have excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers and internal sales team and colleagues. With excellent Excel and IT skills, along with the ability to work on your own initiative, you will be a key player in ensuring that the administration department of the business flows smoothly and ensuring that optimum levels of customer service are maintained at all times. You will be required to maintain a clear and well documented filing system and record keeping.
This role will be based in Newry, Co.Down, Northern Ireland.
What you’ll do
Assisting and Maintaining Financial Records
Purchase Invoice postings and other Accounts Payable functions
Bank Account & Credit Card reconciliations
Ledger reconciliations for our E-commerce business
Monthly Supplier Reconciliations
Assisting with Accounts Receivable where required
Assisting with other Ad Hoc Duties as required

About You
You’ll need to have
Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C) including Maths and English
Experience within an accounts/finance department
It would be great if you:
Have experience in using Microsoft Excel
Have experience in using an accounting system
IATI /Part Qualified
