Paddy McShane

Paddy McShane is an experienced individual who currently holds the position of Head of Customer Success at STATSports, with previous similar roles at eDesk and Optimal Workshop. Additionally, Paddy has a background as a Public Speaker, presenting at various conferences worldwide on Customer Success and User Experience topics. Prior to this, Paddy worked as a Customer Success Manager at Stakeholder Group and served as a Client Manager, managing a portfolio of brands. Education wise, Paddy holds a BSc Hons in Public Relations from Ulster University, among other qualifications.
