Pavneet Kaur has a diverse work experience in various industries. Pavneet started their career in 2014 as a Clinical Investigator at UnitedHealth Group. In 2016, they moved to Cancer Healer Center as the National Head - Sales and Digital Marketing. In 2020, they joined Innovacer Analytics as a Consultant. In 2021, they took on multiple roles at StatusNeo, including Program Manager, Agile Evangelist, Service Delivery Lead, and Senior Consultant. Additionally, they also became the Medical Affairs Manager at REHAPP Post-Surgical Healthcare App.

Pavneet Kaur completed their Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from Dr. B.R. Sur Homoeopathic Medical College And Hospital in 2014. Pavneet then obtained a Diploma in Nutrition and Health sciences from Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2015, followed by a Certificate in Homoeopathic Paediatrics from Audae Sapere in the same year. In 2017, they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Epidemiology from National Institute of Health and Family Welfare, and a Masters in Healthcare Management from Welingkar Institute of Management in 2016. Most recently, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Leanpitch in 2022.
