Rolando Balderas Flores

Rolando Balderas Flores is a seasoned project manager at STAUFEN.AMERICAS since September 2019, specializing in LEAN transformation projects aimed at enhancing organizational culture, improving production and administrative processes, and driving innovation, along with interim management assignments.
