Stefan Brinkmann

Stefan Brinkmann is a seasoned Project Manager in Operations at STAUFEN since January 2022, specializing in enhancing industrial company operations through manufacturing footprint redesign, sales process improvement, and Shopfloor Management implementation. As a Lecturer in Managerial Economics at HTWG Hochschule Konstanz, Stefan teaches applied economics and strategic thinking in the master program for Industrial Engineering. Prior experience includes project management and strategy deployment at Bosch Packaging, along with business innovation and performance measurement internships at Daimler AG and MAN Truck & Bus SE. Stefan holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, both from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz.
