Athina Nikolinakou

Athina Nikolinakou is an accomplished food and beverage professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Food and Beverage Manager at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center since May 2024, Athina previously held similar managerial positions at President Hotel Athens from March 2018 to May 2024, Thalatta Seaside Hotel in 2017, and Marathon Beach Resort from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Athina managed food and beverage operations at Ios Palace Hotel & Spa from 2011 to 2013 and began the hospitality career as an Administrative Assistant at SIM S.p.A. in 2010 and as Head Waitress at SANI RESORT from 2006 to 2008. Academically, Athina holds a Master of Business Administration in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Elliniko Anoikto Panepistimio and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the Technological Institute of Athens.
