Nicholas Thomas Corpuz

Nicholas Thomas Corpuz has extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Nicholas Thomas began their career as an Intern II: Property Claims at Bank of America in 2006 and later worked as a Litigation Liaison in the Correspondent Lending Risk Management Group. Nicholas Thomas then joined PennyMac as a Loan Auditor and Subsequent QC, LLC as the Vice President of Servicing. In 2018, they became the Director of Compliance at Brace, where they played a crucial role in elevating the mortgage experience ecosystem. After Brace was acquired by Stavvy in 2023, they assumed the position of Senior Director of Mortgage Product Compliance. Throughout their career, Nicholas has focused on ensuring compliance, protecting clients, and maximizing loan portfolio value.

Nicholas Thomas Corpuz graduated from UCLA in 2005 with a BA in International Development and Political Science. In 2017, they participated in the Future Leaders Program at the California Mortgage Bankers Association.
