Randall PASEK has over 35 years of experience in the air quality and environmental management field. From 1985 to 2006, they worked as a Program Manager at the California Air Resources Board. During this time, they managed and motivated up to 40 multi-disciplinary professional staff, and boosted staff productivity by 50% employing innovative management techniques. From 2006 to 2015, they worked at the South Coast Air Quality Management District as the Manager of Off-Road Mobile Sources. In this role, they developed and implemented a program to distribute up to $30+ million annually of incentive funds for the reduction of emissions from off-road construction equipment. Randall also managed Multi-million-dollar Research Development and Deployment programs covering advanced air pollution control aftertreatment and advanced engine development and deployment for diesel engine equipment. From 2015 to 2018, Randall PASEK worked at Advanced Environmental Group, LLC as the Vice President of Technology and Business Development. In this role, they directed operations for developing, improving, and building advanced technology for large diesel engine emission control systems. Randall also lead regulatory strategy development and implementation for both company and customers. Lastly, Randall PASEK is currently the Chief Operating Officer at STAX Engineering, where they are working to help 1 billion people through new technologies that promote health, sustainability, reduced environmental toxins, and fight climate change.

Randall Pasek obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis in 1980. Randall then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara in 1984. In 1996, Randall earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis. Finally, Randall completed an MBA in Technology and Entrepreneurship from \u00c9cole des Ponts Business School in 2005. In 2017, Randall also obtained a license as a Chemical Engineer from the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists.
