Madeleine Jones

Madeleine Jones has worked in the hospitality industry since 2010. Madeleine started their career as a Front Desk Agent at Grand Plaza and then moved to Le Place d'Armes Hôtel et Suites, where they held the roles of Front Desk Agent, Front Desk Supervisor, and Assistant Front Office Manager. In 2016, they became the Guest Experience Manager at Le William Gray. The following year, they were an Assistant General Manager at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, and in 2018 they were the Front Office Director at Château Vaudreuil Hôtel & Suites. In 2020, they were the Hospitality Director at Impéria Hôtel & Suites, and they currently hold the role of Office Manager at Stay22.

Madeleine Jones attended Collège LaSalle in Montreal from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Hotel Management with a focus in Hospitality. Prior to this, they attended CEGEP Champlain St. Lawrence from 2004 to 2006, studying Social Sciences.
