Alexandra Folch

Alexandra Folch has a diverse work experience across various industries. Alexandra started their career as an Assistant Accountant at Folch Assessors SLU, gaining experience in tax, labor, accounting, and legal consulting. During this time, they discovered their interest in the business world and decided to pursue a degree in Business Administration and Management.

In this role, they solved customer issues, communicated with both B2C and B2B clients, and built customer loyalty. Alexandra later became a Supply Chain Operations Specialist, where they planned and executed procurement of raw materials, maintained relationships with suppliers, and addressed product and material availability issues.

Alexandra'smost recent role was at Stayforlong, where they held the position of HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. Here, they treated employees as internal customers, designed and executed smooth onboarding processes, managed operational offboardings, and increased employee satisfaction.

Through their various positions, Alexandra has gained experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, office management, supply chain operations, customer service, people and business management, and financial services.

Alexandra Folch completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2009 to 2013. Later, from 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from EUNCET. The field of study for their MBA is not specified.
