Hannah Loxley

Hannah Loxley has a diverse range of work experience beginning in 2013. Hannah started their career as a Sales Assistant at Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb and later worked at TOPSHOP TOPMAN in a similar role. Hannah then joined Boots as an Optical Consultant, where they were responsible for assisting patients with eye tests and dispensing glasses. In 2016, they spent three months as an intern at a hostel in Cape Town, where they worked at the front desk and bar. Hannah also traveled between Cape Town and Victoria Falls during this time.

In 2016, Hannah joined UnderTheDoormat as a Customer Experience Specialist, where they handled guest inquiries and conducted check-ins and check-outs. Hannah later became a Customer Experience Executive and was responsible for training new team members. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Guest Operations Executive at UnderTheDoormat, focusing on daily operations and managing a team of field agents.

Moving on to Jungle Creations in 2018, Hannah served as an Operations Executive, overseeing the customer experience and implementing processes within the customer service department. Hannah then became a Customer Experience Manager, where they managed the customer journey for Jungle Commerce brands and assisted in launching new brands.

Most recently, Hannah worked at flatfair as a Sales Coordinator. In this role, they maintained the CRM system, trained new team members, and assisted with onboarding. Hannah also worked with the Operations team to implement new technologies within the business.

Currently, Hannah is the Head of Business Operations at Stayo, starting in January 2023.

Hannah Loxley began their education at Steyning Grammar School from 2005 to 2007, where they earned their A Levels in English, Sociology, and Health and Social Care. Hannah then pursued further education at Nottingham Trent University, from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in German Language and Literature.
