Ross Barfield

Ross Barfield has held a variety of roles in the past decade, beginning in 2007 as a Resort Manager for Crystal Ski. In 2008, they took on the role of Graduate Design Engineer for Morrison Construction. From 2013 to 2016, Ross was an Overseas Operations Manager for Ski Val. In 2016, they became a Small Business Owner for The Grilled Cheese Trailer, where they developed and managed a catering trailer operating within various UK festivals. In 2017, Ross joined StaySafe\u00ae as a Customer Success Manager, where they led the implementation of a new customer success team and developed interactive getting started guides and training videos. Ross also became an Account Development Manager for Asia Pac in the same year. In 2018, Ross took on the role of Principal Consultant for Ski-lls, where they created and managed an Austrian company to outsource operational requirements and provided leadership to 60 international staff.

Ross Barfield attended the University of Birmingham from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering.
