Stephanie Ellis

Stephanie Ellis is a skilled operations leader with extensive experience in the property management sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Situ since June 2022, Stephanie oversees the Booking, Guest Care, and Supply Chain teams while driving the global operations strategy to enhance productivity and service delivery. Prior to this role, Stephanie held various positions at Portland Brown, including Head of Client Relations, where management of client experiences was a primary focus. Stephanie's experience also includes roles at Sandfords as Business Development Manager and Lettings Manager, and at Romans Group as Assistant Lettings Manager, demonstrating a consistent record of improving operational efficiency and fostering strong client relationships. Stephanie holds a foundation degree from Reading College of Art and Design.
