Throughout her tenure, Sophie has held several key positions, including Head of Claims Management and Head of Customer Experience, demonstrating outstanding leadership skills and a proven track record in implementing large-scale projects that improve customer experience and drive business results. Prior to joining Staysure Group, Sophie was with Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc from August 2005 to August 2010, where roles included Manager and Regional Trainer, further solidifying expertise in customer service operations.
