Shan Siddiqui

Shan Siddiqui currently serves as the Executive Assistant Manager at Seibu Prince Hotels and Resorts, a position held since November 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager and demonstrating expertise in HACCP and operational SOP preparation. Previously, Shan held the role of Food and Beverage Manager at both Seibu Prince Hotels and Lords Hotels & Resorts, managing guest relations and food quality issues. Early career experiences include positions such as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at ITC Fortune Park Hotels Ltd and various roles within the ITC Hotels group, culminating as a Management Trainee. Shan completed a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from IHM Pusa New Delhi.
