Alice Buchanan

Alice Buchanan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and consulting. Since September 2006, Alice has served as the Owner of Buchanan Consulting, LLC, while concurrently working as an Independent Contractor for St. Charles Consulting Group since August 2016 and Peak Seven Consulting since May 2010. Prior experience includes roles as an OD Specialist at Northrop Grumman Corporation from 2002 to 2006 and as an OD Consultant at HumanR from 2000 to 2002. Alice holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Psychology from Guilford College.
