Karen Phelps

Karen Phelps is a Learning and Development Project Manager at St. Charles Consulting Group since March 2022. Previously, Karen led a team at the University of Southern California to create an online Masters of Science program in Emergency Management. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Instructional Designer at Jeppesen, where training improved flight procedure design accuracy, and EY, where training development increased team performance by approximately 10%. Karen also worked at Charles Schwab, focusing on instructor-led training for operational services, and spent over a decade as a Senior Learning Consultant at RKP Solutions, designing learning solutions for various organizations. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater and Cinematic Arts / Communications from Brigham Young University.
