LaNae Rueda has an extensive work experience spanning from 2008 to 2022. LaNae began their career in 2008 as a Junior Operations Analyst for SYKES in the Global Strategy department. LaNae later held the position of Operations Analyst and then Operations Manager for Product Development and Global Strategy. In 2012, they joined Homejoy as the Director of Client Services, where they led a customer service team and scaled operations to 30 markets. In 2018, they became the Senior Director of Global Job Seeker Success at Indeed.com, where they developed and led a Voice of Customer program. In 2019, they joined Vivino as the Vice President of Global Customer Experience, where they redefined Customer Experience KPIs & SLAs and implemented a Perfect Order Index. In 2021, they became the Senior Director of Operational Excellence at Chime, where they led the end-to-end support strategy and operational readiness for the launch of Chime’s Lending and Auto Insurance offering. Finally, in 2022, they relocated from San Francisco, CA to Kansas City, KS to become the Vice President of Client Experience for Steadily.

LaNae Rueda began their education in 2005 at Richmond, The American International University in London, where they earned their degree in International Business with a field of study in Business Management. LaNae then moved to Saint Louis University, Madrid Campus from 2006-2007, where they earned their degree in International Business with a field of study in Business Management and Spanish. In 2007, LaNae Rueda transferred to University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business, where they earned their degree in International Business with a field of study in Business Management.
