Kate Kirwood

Kate Kirwood is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in research, healthcare, and community service. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at Steadman Philippon Research Institute and a Childhood Cancer Foundation Ambassador for Ski Fast Foundation, Kate previously worked as a Medical Assistant at Epiphany Dermatology and contributed as a Researcher at Colby College, where significant research on a topical treatment for brown tail moth dermatitis was conducted. Other roles include involvement in student government, a Private Equity Summer Analyst position at Graham Partners, and various volunteer positions focused on healthcare access and educational support for underserved communities. Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a concentration in Neuroscience and a minor in Economics from Colby College.
